之一,是國家節(jié)能與新能源汽車制造路線圖重點發(fā)展的技術(shù)。
Technical origins: in 1971, the United States at the Massachusetts institute of technology. Semisolid metal (SSM) casting technology has experienced more than 40 years of research and development.
Product technical characteristics: high quality, high strength, high performance and high alloying, also known as high strength die-casting aluminum.
Product application: focus on key parts for car, for example, used for wheel hub, can improve performance, reduce weight, reduce scrap rate.
Semi-solid metal casting process is considered to be the most promising 21st century near the end of forming is one of the preparation technology and new material.
Foreign application: in the United States and Europe, are more widely application of the technology.
