       成功開發(fā)JDA1、JDA2鎂/鋁合金新材料,填補(bǔ)國內(nèi)空白,開創(chuàng)了鎂合金阻燃技術(shù)新途徑,獲教育部技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎和國防科技進(jìn)步二等獎。采用全新的設(shè)計理念研發(fā)了非熱處理型高強(qiáng)高韌壓鑄鋁合金材料以及熱處理強(qiáng)化型超高強(qiáng)度鑄造鋁合金材料,在國際上處于同類材料的領(lǐng)先水平,為汽車行業(yè)對輕質(zhì)高強(qiáng)材料的迫切需求提供技術(shù)支撐。

Successfully developed JDA1, JDA2 magnesium/aluminum alloy new material, fill the domestic blank, started a new way of flame retardant of magnesium alloy technology, invention second prize by the Ministry of Education technology and the national defense science and technology progress second prize. Using the design concept of new developed non heat treatment of die casting aluminum alloy with high strength and high tenacity material and heat treatment strengthening type ultra high strength casting aluminum alloy material, is in the leading level of similar material in the world, for the automotive industry to provide technical support for the urgent need of lightweight high strength material.

JDA1-已應(yīng)用在凱迪拉克CT6  

JDA1- HAS BEEN APPLIED IN CADILLAC CT66

JDA1是上海交通大學(xué)輕合金國家工程研究中心丁文江院士、彭立明教授帶隊歷經(jīng)6個月,自主研發(fā)的一款鋁硅系材料,于2015年3月一次性通過北美通用汽車的新材料量產(chǎn)審核,并正式納入北美通用材料清單,在凱迪拉克CT6中應(yīng)用。
 Jdal is an aluminum silicon series material independently developed by Ding Wenjiang, academician of Shanghai Jiaotong University light alloy National Engineering Research Center and Professor Peng Liming after six months. In March 2015,jdal
 passed the mass production audit of new materials of North American general motors, and was formallyinclude in the North American general material list, and was applied in Cadillac CT6.

JDA1壓鑄后無無需熱處理,常規(guī)壓鑄后4-72小時后即可達(dá)到德國S6-T6材料熱處理后性能,減少大型薄壁件熱處理變形需矯正的要求。

JDA1保證抗拉強(qiáng)度的同時極大提升了延伸率。

JDA1適合車身結(jié)構(gòu)件(四門兩蓋/車身關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)件等)、底盤抗沖擊結(jié)構(gòu)件(電動化電池組托盤、發(fā)動機(jī)安裝支架等)。在保證強(qiáng)度的前提下,重量減輕26%,超出通用預(yù)定的20%的目標(biāo)。
