    Qingdao Yuyuan New Materials Co.,Ltd. is a joint venture corporate enterprise initiated by Ding Wenjiang, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Beijing Yuyuan Automobile Parts Co.,Ltd., with a registered fund of 50million RMB. In depth cooperation with Shanghai Jiaotong University and Beijing General Institute of nonferrous metals, the company is devoted to the industrial application of lightweight new materials and new technologies, and developing light-weight and high-strength aluminum / magnesium alloy automobile, rail transport and communication parts, which are characterized by light weight, high strength and good thermal conductivity, providing excellent products and technical support for lightweight technology. Guided by market demand, supported by scientific and technological innovation and guaranteed by system construction, the company aims to achieve all-win cooperation among customers, the company and the society.

       青島宇遠(yuǎn)新材料有限公司是由中國(guó)工程院丁文江院士和北京宇遠(yuǎn)汽車(chē)部件有限公司共同發(fā)起成立的法人企業(yè)，注冊(cè)資金5000萬(wàn)元。公司與上海交通大學(xué)、北京有色金屬研究總院深度合作，致力于輕量化新材料、新技術(shù)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用，研發(fā)輕質(zhì)高強(qiáng)鋁/鎂合金汽車(chē)、軌道交通、通訊零部件，具有重量輕、強(qiáng)度高、導(dǎo)熱性能好等特點(diǎn)，為輕量化技術(shù)提供優(yōu)良產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)支撐。公司以市場(chǎng)需求為導(dǎo)向、以科技創(chuàng)新為支撐、以體系建設(shè)為保障，以成就夢(mèng)想為目標(biāo)，實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶、公司和社會(huì)的三方共贏。

  丁文江,1953年3月出生,中共黨員,上海交通大學(xué)教授博士生導(dǎo)師,中國(guó)工程院院士。
  現(xiàn)任輕合金精密成型國(guó)家工程研究中心主任中國(guó)鎂業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng),中國(guó)材料研究學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事,中共上海交通大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院委員會(huì)委員。
  曾任上海交通大學(xué)副校長(zhǎng)、上海市科委副主任、上海市科協(xié)副主席。上海交通大學(xué)校務(wù)委員會(huì)副主任,“十五”國(guó)家科技攻關(guān)重大專項(xiàng)“鎂合金開(kāi)發(fā)應(yīng)用及產(chǎn)業(yè)化”專家,總裝備部國(guó)防安全重大基礎(chǔ)研究項(xiàng)目“面向未來(lái)武器裝備的高性能鎂合金基礎(chǔ)研究”技術(shù)首席,中國(guó)鎂業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)中國(guó)材料研究學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事。
  主持完成和承擔(dān)“九五”、“十五”科技重點(diǎn)攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目、“973”項(xiàng)目、“863”項(xiàng)目和國(guó)防軍工項(xiàng)目等30多項(xiàng)。出版專著1部,發(fā)表論文近300篇。申請(qǐng)專利92項(xiàng),已獲授權(quán)53項(xiàng)。獲得國(guó)家級(jí)科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng),省部級(jí)二等獎(jiǎng)以上科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)12項(xiàng)。
